From the first page, The Blood Warrior captivated me. Alisha Prince is anticipating her college graduation and her 21st birthday. While she understands that she is expected to take her place in the family business, there is much more to it than she knows.This fast-paced read keep me guessing as well, wondering what Alisha would uncover as her family secrets are revealed to her. The characters are intriguing and you'll spend time wondering about the ulterior motives of all of them.
I strongly recommend this and I can't wait for the next installment of this enjoyable story.

AE Harris knows how to develop characters, create suspense and insert clever surprises into the plot. I am so glad to know that this is the first of a series. I hope the next book comes out soon.
